The Retail Food Safety Consortium (RFSC) is dedicated to providing food safety information to regulators, educators, and food industry professionals who serve the retail food industry. Materials that will be accepted for inclusion in this database should address food safety issues that are pertinent to the retail food industry.
Policy on Submitting Resources
The intent of the Retail Food Safety Consortium (RFSC) website is to provide information and training materials relative to food safety and safe food handling for retail food establishments and foodservice operations. As part of the submission process, a RFSC content committee will review all submitted information to ensure that it is appropriate for use on the RFSC website. The RFSC reserves the right to alter content for length, readability and / or appropriateness.
- Please do not provide content containing commercial messages of any kind. This RFSC website is not intended to promote services or products of any kind. Any such items will not be included and/or will be removed from the website.
- Submission of content that is defamatory, obscene, and/or libelous will not be tolerated and will be removed. Likewise, any submitted content that discriminates on the basis of gender, age, religion, sexual preference, disability, race, class, ethnicity, or nationality, etc. will be not be allowed.
